October MeeBox - Lucky Dip Pink (Breast Cancer Awareness)

Hello! I have an exciting post for you today. Yesterday I received my first MeeBox, a UK based nail polish subscription box. I signed up after seeing the contents of Septembers box (and regret not doing it sooner). Octobers theme was 'Lucky Dip Pink' for Breast Cancer Awareness month, with 10% of all sales going towards the charity Look Good Feel Better. Read on to find out more and to see what was in my box!

As you can probably guess from the theme, each box this month was a lucky dip. Everyone got a different combination of polish brands and pink shades. I thought this was a really fun idea, and loved comparing my box to other peoples. I'm also obsessed with pink polish so this is a perfect theme for me. Here's what was in my Meebox:

It's literally bursting with pink goodies! My polishes are: True Brit London 'Corgie', Nailberry 'Pink Berry', CND Vinylux 'Tutti Frutti' and Cuccio 'Fever of Love. Meebox include swatch sticks for each polish. I love this as you can swatch straight away - I did mine at work! All were opaque in two easy coats, except the Cuccio glitter which is shown with one coat.

I feel like I received such a good selection of pinks. I was super excited to find a True Brit London polish as I only have one other shade and I love it. I also only have one other CND polish, and have never tried Nailberry or Cuccio! It's great to be introduced to new brands and I can't wait to try them all.
Next up is a mini Crabtree & Evelyn handcream. I think every box included one but in different scents. Mine is 'Evelyn Rose', a fresh, floral scent that smells amazing. This will get a lot of use in the coming cold months.

Each box also had a sheet of pink ribbon vinyls from Nail-Mail. I believe these were specially made for this months Meebox. These are perfect for a breast cancer awareness manicure and I will be using them very soon!

Last up is a set of pink dotting tools. I'd consider these an essential in any nail lovers collection. They are so easy to use and can help create so many different designs.

I am shocked at how much stuff was packed into the box! All of the items inside fit the theme perfectly - everything is definitely pink! I love all of the little extra touches, from the super cute packaging to the addition of swatch sticks for each polish. I feel very spoilt.

If you want to find out more (and subscribe!) head over to Meebox's website here. If you already subscribe, I'd love to know what you got in your lucky dip box. Don't forget to check out Look Good Feel Better here and learn more about what they do for those affected by cancer. I'm glad I joined in time to help support a good cause.

One last thing - I just had to show you the amazing tissue paper they used!

I will hopefully have a second post up in the next few weeks with swatches of all four polishes. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in.

Hope to see you in the next post!
