Hello! Today I have swatches of Nine Zero Lacquer's Smoothie Bar Lite Trio to share with you. These were released in June last year as an addition to Jess's Smoothie Bar collection - all crellies filled with black shredded glitter. I missed these the first time they were available from Rainbow Connection, but managed to grab them in a restock a little while back. Read on for my full swatches and some nail art!

To save repeating myself, I'll quickly address the formulas now. They are slightly on the thicker side, but still smooth and easy to apply. You get a good amount of shredded glitter out without any fishing. The glitter lies flat on the nail but can dry slightly raised, so these do benefit from topcoat.
'Pomegranate Refresher' is a neon pink/coral crelly base with shredded black glitter. Below is two coats with topcoat.

'Dragon Fruit Freeze' is a white crelly base with shredded black glitter. I found the base on this one a little sheerer than the other two, so added a third coat. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Kiwi Crush' is a neon green crelly base with shredded black glitter. Below is two coats with topcoat.
To finish off, I did a some simple nail art using all three polishes from the trio. I wet brushed both 'Pomegranate Refresher' and 'Kiwi Crush' over a base of 'Dragon Fruit Freeze'. I quite like how they all work together!

What do you think? I love these so much! Something about the bright bases mixed with that shredded black glitter just works perfectly. I do have the full original Smoothie Bar Collection but I don't think I ever shared swatches - maybe I should do a throwback post to those!
