Zoya - Spring 2020 Calm Collection

*AD - Gifted*
Hello lovelies. Today I'm back with another Zoya Collection. As mentioned in my review of the Summer 2020 Splash Collection (post here), I'm working backwards through the collections in amazing parcel Zoya sent me. Next up is the Spring 2020 Calm Collection, which consists of five soft cremes and a shimmer. I've also watermarbled with four of the cremes, so I'll add that in at the end of my post! Read on for my full swatches and more info!

As always, I'll address the formulas quickly here to avoid repeating myself later on. I found all six polishes to have smooth, easy to apply formulas. Being lighter colours, these are two to three coaters depending on your preference and application. I found them all wearable in two coats, but added a third to a couple for a couple of subtle streaks (I'm picky when I'm taking photos!). I also used Zoya's Remove+ and Naked Manicure Glossy Seal topcoat for all of my swatches.

'Colleen' is described as a delicate pink creme with a warm undertone. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Emerson' is described as a modern baby blue creme. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Leif' is described as a gentle and harmonious light sage green creme. Below is two coats with topcoat.

'Vee' is described as a muted French lilac creme. This one had the best coverage for me on the first coat, but did still need a second. Below is two coats with topcoat. Below is two coats with topcoat.

'AJ' is described as a subtle, sparkling blush with a gorgeous copper micro-shimmer. I only added a third to this for a lighter spot on one nail, so I would say it would be a two coater for most people. Below is three coats with topcoat.

'Laura' is described as a soft pink toned ivory creme. Below is two coats with topcoat.

I also decided to watermarble for the first time in years with the first four cremes in this collection ('Colleen', 'Emerson', 'Leif', and 'Vee'). Something about the colour pallette just called to me. For someone as rusty as me, these watermarbled perfectly first try. I was so impressed with the outcome.

What do you think? I really love the softer, gentler tones in this collection. As much as they are perfect Spring tones, I also think they're perfect for the transition between Summer and Autumn/Fall about now - not that I won't be wearing them all year round anyway!

You can find the full Zoya Calm Collection on the Zoya website here. For those of you in the UK like me, the Calm shades currently seem to be out of stock on the UK site, but you can find plenty of other Zoya goodies here.

Hope to see you in the next post!
