Hello lovelies! Today I'm back with some new polishes from UK indie brand Opulent Essences. I used to share quite a few swatches of Sharon's polishes, but haven't done so in quite some time - so I was super excited to have a play with some newbies! I have five polishes to share with you in total, so let's get into it. Read on for my full swatches and more info.
First up is 'Baked Earth', a warm shimmery orange with a pink flash. I did add a third coat on this one for some lighter patches, but I was being super picky. Depending on your preference, you could get away with two. Below is three coats with topcoat.
'Larimar' is an icy blue with a gold shimmer. The shimmer almost looks green at certain angles due to the base colour. Below is two coats with topcoat.
'Smoke Stone' is a sparkly metallic grey with a gold shimmer. Below is two coats with topcoat.
'Obsidian' is a dark base packed full of a shifty green to orange to purple shimmer. The shimmer mainly tends to show up purple, but I can definitely spot both green and orange at certain angles. Below is two coats with topcoat.
'Rubellite' is a deep berry scattered holographic. This has a subtle green flash to it. I think this might be my favourite of the five. It's a lovely vampy shade, and was so easy to apply. Below is two coats with topcoat.
What do you think? Do you own any Opulent Essences polishes? As I said earlier, I haven't added any to my my collection in a long time, and I'm really happy to add these! I do have nail art with each of the five shades to share, which I'll be posting on Instagram soon.
You can find all five polishes on the Opulent Essences website here. Make sure you follow the brand on Instagram here for more swatches and updates.
Hope to see you in the next post!
