Danglefoot Nail Polish 'Charming' Prototypes

Hello! Today I have a bit of a sneak peek for you. I was lucky enough to get my hands on some prototypes for Danglefoot Nail Polish's 'Charming', releasing this weekend. 'Charming' forms part of the second Danglefoot Once Upon A Time Duo, alongside 'Snow' (of course!). I have two prototypes to show you, both slightly different shades of green. Read on for full swatches and more info!

The first prototype I have is a soft green holographic. The holo is subtle, but very pretty! The formula was really smooth and easy to work with. It was a bit sheer on the first coat but surprisingly not at all streaky. I actually quite liked it with just the one! Below is two coats and topcoat.

The second prototype is slightly lighter and more of a jade green. This is the closer of the two to the final version of 'Charming' - which I can also confirm will be more holographic. Again the formula was super smooth and easy to use, and fully opaque in two coats. Below is two coats and topcoat.

What do you think? I don't actually have many softer greens so I really enjoyed both of these. They're a bit more wearable than luminous neons, and definitely much spring-ier!

'Charming' and 'Snow' will be available this Sunday (22nd) on Danglefoot Nail Polish's etsy store here. Just this once, last month's 'Swan' & 'Hook' duo (swatched here) will be restocked. I highly recommend grabbing both!

Hope to see you in the next post!

  2. These are great greens. I love the soften green look too, I don't see that often in nail polish lately.
